- Quality management concepts and the QMS framework
- ISO 9001:2015 overview (context, leadership, planning) — Clauses 4–6
Day 2
- Support, operation, performance evaluation, improvement — Clauses 7–10
- Internal audit planning, execution, reporting & follow-up
- Review & course examination
The exam assesses:
- Domain 1: Quality management fundamentals and QMS principles.
- Domain 2: ISO 9001:2015 requirements (Clauses 4–10) and internal audit practice.
Successful candidates receive “Certificate Holder in ISO 9001:2015 Awareness & Internal Audit” from BIS Global.
