To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIS Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
“As-Is” Basis: Our services and insights are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Liability Cap: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BIS Global and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BIS Global is headquartered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
Good Faith Negotiation: Parties will first attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Binding Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled via arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.
BIS Global reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or via email. Your continued use of the service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
